2. Customer Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be as fair and transparent as possible:
- Cancellations made more than 45 dayspriorto departure
Customers will receive an 80% refund of the total trip cost. A 20% cancellation fee will be applied.
- Cancellations made 30 to 45 daysprior to departure
Customers will receive a 50% refund of the total trip cost. A 50% cancellation fee will be applied.
- Cancellations made within 29 days of departure
Unfortunately, no refunds can be issued at this stage, and a 100% cancellation fee will apply.
