About this Tour
This 10-day journey follows a carefully structured route through Jordan’s most significant historical and natural landmarks. Beginning in Amman, the program explores the capital’s Roman heritage and key museums before continuing north to Jerash and Ajloun. Traveling south along the King’s Highway, the itinerary connects Madaba, Mount Nebo, Shoubak Castle, and Petra in a cohesive progression.
A full day is dedicated to Petra’s archaeological site, followed by a desert experience in Wadi Rum. The journey then continues to Aqaba on the Red Sea and concludes with time at the Dead Sea, including a visit to Ma’in Hot Springs.

Itinerary
Day 1: Queen Alia Airport — Amman Hotel
Upon arrival at Queen Alia International Airport in Amman, a representative will be waiting for you at the terminal, holding a sign with your name. They will assist you with obtaining your free visa and guide you through the customs process.
Once you’ve cleared customs, your driver—also holding a name sign—will meet you in the arrival hall and provide a comfortable transfer to your hotel in Amman for your overnight stay.

Day 2: Amman Hotel — Amman City Tour — Amman Hotel
Roman Theatre & The Citadel
After breakfast, your English-speaking driver will meet you in the hotel lobby to begin your full-day tour of Amman. Your first stops will include the historic Roman Theatre and the Citadel, offering a glimpse into the city’s ancient past. Midway through the tour, enjoy a quick stop at a local falafel restaurant and sample the beloved Arabic dessert, Kunafah, for a delightful culinary experience.
Museums & Forest Park
The tour continues with visits to several of Amman’s most engaging museums: the Royal Automobile Museum, the Children’s Museum, the Jordan Museum, and the Museum of Parliamentary Life. Depending on the season, you’ll also have the opportunity to relax and explore The Forest Park during your free time (note that some sites may be closed in winter).
At the end of the day, your driver will return you to your hotel in Amman for an overnight stay.

Day 3: Amman Hotel — Jerash — Ajloun — Amman Hotel
Jerash
After breakfast, you’ll be transferred to Jerash (ancient Gerasa), one of the best-preserved Roman provincial cities in the world. Explore its remarkably intact ruins, including colonnaded streets, temples, theaters, and plazas that bring ancient history vividly to life.
Ajloun Castle
Following your visit to Jerash, continue to Ajloun Castle, a 12th-century fortress built by the forces of Salah ad-Din to defend against the Crusaders. After taking in the panoramic views and exploring the castle’s historic chambers, you’ll return to your hotel in Amman for an overnight stay.

Day 4: Amman Hotel — Madaba — Mt. Nebo — Shoubak Castle — Petra Hotel
Madaba & Mount Nebo
Today will be a full day of travel and exploration as you journey south toward Petra. After breakfast, your tour begins at 7:30 AM with a visit to St. George Church in Madaba, home to the famous 6th-century mosaic map of the Holy Land. Continue on to Mount Nebo, the biblical site where Moses is said to have viewed the Promised Land.
Shoubak Castle
From there, travel along the scenic King’s Highway, passing through rolling hills and historic towns en route to Shoubak. Stop to explore the imposing Crusader-era fortress, Shoubak Castle, perched dramatically on a hilltop. After your visit, continue the drive to Petra, where you will check in for your overnight stay in preparation for the next day’s adventure.

Day 5: Petra Hotel — Petra Visit — Petra Hotel
The Siq & The Treasury
Enjoy a full day immersed in the ancient city of Petra, one of the New Seven Wonders of the World. Begin your journey through the dramatic Siq, a narrow canyon that leads to the breathtaking sight of the Treasury (Al-Khazneh), Petra’s most iconic monument.
Street of Facades, Theater & Colonnaded Street
Continue exploring the archaeological wonders of this Nabatean city, including the Street of Facades, the impressive Theater, and the Colonnaded Street, all rich in history and architectural beauty. After lunch at a restaurant within the site, you’ll have additional time to hike to either the Monastery (Ad-Deir) or the High Place of Sacrifice. Both require a strenuous climb, but the panoramic views and sense of discovery make the effort well worthwhile.
At the end of your exploration, return to your hotel in Petra for a well-earned evening of rest and overnight stay.

Day 6: Petra Hotel — Jeep Tour in Wadi Rum — Wadi Rum Camp
Wadi Rum Jeep Tour
After breakfast, drive to Wadi Rum Visitors Centre. You will enjoy a 2-hour jeep tour — the best way to discover lots of sites in Wadi Rum. The jeep will stop at each site giving you time to walk, scramble around, and maybe even climb up on some of the beautiful natural formed bridges in Wadi Rum.
After the tour, continue to your camp in Wadi Rum for dinner and overnight.

Aqaba
After breakfast, you will be transferred to your hotel in Aqaba for free time and overnight stay. Aqaba is Jordan’s only coastal city, situated on the Red Sea, and offers beautiful beaches, world-class diving, and a relaxed atmosphere.

Day 8: Aqaba Hotel — Aqaba City Tour — Dead Sea Hotel
Aqaba City Tour
After breakfast, begin your day with a guided tour of Aqaba, Jordan’s vibrant coastal city on the Red Sea. Your visit includes the Aqaba Marine Park, where you can learn about the region’s colorful coral reefs and marine life, and the Saraya Aqaba Water Park (weather permitting, as it may be closed during the winter months).
The Dead Sea
Following your tour, you’ll depart Aqaba and travel north through the Jordan Valley, descending to the lowest point on Earth—the Dead Sea. Upon arrival, check in to your hotel and enjoy the unique opportunity to float in its mineral-rich waters or simply relax and take in the surreal landscape. Spend the night at your Dead Sea hotel.

Day 9: Dead Sea Hotel — Ma’in Hot Springs — Dead Sea Hotel
Ma’in Hot Springs
After breakfast, you will be transferred to Ma’in Hot Springs Resort to enjoy a unique experience and free time. The natural thermal waterfalls and mineral-rich pools offer a truly rejuvenating escape. After that you will drive back to your hotel at the Dead Sea for overnight.
