Itinerary
Day 1 – Chongqing | Embarkation
Arrive in Chongqing, a vibrant mountain metropolis at the confluence of the Yangtze and Jialing Rivers.
Complimentary scheduled transfers from the airport or major railway stations bring you smoothly to the pier.
Transfer Arrangement:
Guests arriving at major transportation hubs between 09:00 and 16:00 will be transferred to Raffles, Chongqing.
Guests arriving between 16:00 and 20:00 will be transferred to Chaotianmen Dock for boarding the Yangtze Cruise. For airport arrivals, transfer service closes one hour before the stated cut-off time.
Recommended arrival time: trains arriving before 16:30 and flights arriving before 16:00.
Important Note: If the cruise is unable to dock at Chongqing Port due to weather, hydrological conditions, navigation restrictions, or other force majeure circumstances, guests will be asked to gather at a designated meeting point in the city and will be transferred by coach to an alternative embarkation port.
Embarkation begins in the late afternoon, around 16:00–20:00.
After settling into your balcony stateroom, join fellow guests for a welcome buffet dinner featuring regional flavors and international selections.
A safety briefing follows as the vessel begins its downstream passage.
As evening falls, Chongqing’s illuminated skyline recedes behind you — an unforgettable opening scene to your Yangtze journey.

Day 2 – Fuling | Hidden Histories Beneath the River
Morning Shore Excursion – choose one of the following:
Option A – White Crane Ridge Underwater Museum & Fuling Zhacai History Memory Hall
Explore this remarkable underwater museum, where ancient hydrological inscriptions are preserved beneath the Yangtze River, offering a rare glimpse into the river’s history and cultural heritage. Then learn about Fuling’s century-old pickled vegetable heritage.
Option B – 816 Underground Project
Explore a vast Cold War–era subterranean military complex carved deep into the mountainside — one of the largest man-made cave structures in the world.
Important Note: If docking at Fengdu Port due to weather, hydrological conditions, or navigation restrictions, the excursion will be replaced with a visit to Fengdu Ghost City.
In the afternoon, return to the ship for leisure time and onboard activities as the cruise continues downstream.
Before dinner, you are invited to the Captain’s Welcome Reception.
In the evening, you may attend the optional large-scale live performance War Fire of The Three Kingdoms Show.
Important Note: If the performance is canceled, a small-boat excursion to Wushan Shennv Stream will be arranged the following day.

Day 3 – Fengjie | The Heart of the Three Gorges
Morning Shore Excursion – choose one of the following:
Option A – White Emperor City
A historic riverside town known as the “Gateway to the Three Gorges,” long celebrated in Chinese poetry and legend.
Option B – Three Gorges Summit
Enjoy sweeping panoramic views over Qutang Gorge, White Salt Mountain, and the surrounding peaks.
In the afternoon, scenic cruising becomes the highlight of the day.
Sail through Qutang Gorge, the shortest yet most dramatic of the Three Gorges, where towering cliffs rise sharply from the riverbanks.
Continue into Wu Gorge, known for its misty peaks and the legendary Twelve Peaks of Wushan.
The journey concludes through Western Xiling Gorge, where layered mountains and tranquil waters create a final sweeping panorama.
In the evening, enjoy a lively onboard cabaret performance presented by the crew.

Day 4 – Three Gorges Dam | Yichang
Early in the morning, the ship approaches the monumental Three Gorges Dam, the largest hydroelectric project in the world.
You will have the opportunity to observe the vessel navigating the Three Gorges Ship Lift and lock system — an extraordinary feat of modern engineering designed to move ships across the massive dam structure.
Important Note:
Today’s itinerary does not include any on-shore visits inside the Three Gorges Dam Scenic Area, such as Tanziling Park or River Closure Memorial Park. However, during the boat journey from Zigui Port (Maoping Port) through the Ship Lift toward the eastern section of Xiling Gorge, passengers will still enjoy a full panoramic view of the Three Gorges Dam from the deck.
If the Three Gorges Ship Lift is unavailable due to weather or other operational conditions, the itinerary will be adjusted to include a visit to the Three Gorges Dam and a cruise through Xiling Gorge, followed by arrival at the Three Gorges Tourist Center.
Disembark at the Three Gorges Tourist Center in Yichang around 14:00.
Complimentary transfer will be provided to Yichang airport or railway station.
Important Notes:Recommended onward departure: trains after 16:00 and flights after 17:30.

Foreign currency exchange services are available at the Front Desk. All onboard purchases can be charged to your cabin account and settled prior to disembarkation.
Important Notes
If no selection is made, Option A will be arranged by default.
For guests in standard cabins, waiting time will not exceed 30 minutes and is arranged according to arrival schedules. The Yangtze Cruise Lounge is available during the waiting period.
For groups of more than 30 guests, a dedicated coach may be arranged for direct transfer.
Suite guests enjoy exclusive private business vehicle transfers for immediate departure.
If a guest chooses not to participate, excursion fees are non-refundable. Guests may remain onboard to enjoy leisure time. For safety and port regulations, independent disembarkation is not permitted.
