About this Tour
This small group tour (4-10 travelers) is perfect for visitors who would like to visit both Yellowstone and Grand Teton National Parks without the stress of planning and in a smaller timeframe. Let us worry about hotel accommodations, transport, and tour guides, while you enjoy the beauty of the national parks. We will take you to 13 different Yellowstone attractions and to the attractions that surround the Tetons, allowing you to see parts of these national parks you may not have had the chance to see!

Itinerary
Day 1: Salt Lake City – Idaho Falls
If we have time after we have picked you up from SLC International Airport, we will also explore a bit of Salt Lake City itself.
Temple Square*
Temple Square is often seen as the heart of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints (LDS). It remains the headquarters of this global church and includes historic buildings such as the Tabernacle, the Beehive House, and the Conference Center.
Utah State Capitol*
Modeled after the US Capitol Building in Washington DC, the Utah State Capitol Building is the center of Utah’s government and a striking example of classical architecture.
Idaho Falls*
Here we will drive you to the hotel for the night, but if time permits, we will check out the surrounding area and the falls the city is named for.
*Attractions depend on arrival time. Late arrivals may limit sightseeing.

Day 2: Grand Teton National Park – Jackson Hole – West Yellowstone
Grand Teton National Park
In the morning we will drive over to this national park. Watch out for moose, wolves, bighorn sheep, and even bison on this tour. We will check out the main Grand Teton attractions like Jenny Lake, Taggart Lake Trailhead and the National Elk Refuge on snowshoes so that we can make it though the park
National Elk Refuge
Here you will be able to experience these grounds up close, as we will take you on a sleigh ride through the elk refuge. Here you will get the chance to see elk up close, as they tend to spend time in this area specifically in the winter months, making this activity only available in winter. If you worry you will get cold don’t worry, we will bring handwarmers on this trip to ensure your comfort.
West Yellowstone
After spending the day at Grand Teton, we will head back to West Yellowstone for your hotel. Feel free to check out the area yourself, specifically sights like the Museum of the Yellowstone and renting flyfishing gear at local shops.

Day 3: Yellowstone National Park
Yellowstone
This morning, your tour guide will take you to see the most famous Yellowstone landmark, Old Faithful. In order to reach the geyser, we will need to take a Yellowstone snow-coach. This snow-coach ride will take a majority of the day, and will visit many stops such as Madison Junction, Fountain Paint Pots, Biscuit Basin, Firehole River and Old Faithful Geyser. If you would like, there will also be an opportunity to eat lunch at Old Faithful Lodge and snowshoe around the area.
West Yellowstone
After a day at Yellowstone, we will head back to West Yellowstone for your hotel. Feel free to check out the area yourself, specifically sights like the Museum of the Yellowstone and renting flyfishing gear at local shops.

Day 4: Yellowstone River – Mammoth Hot Springs – Big Sky – West Yellowstone
Mammoth Hot Springs
After driving in the morning, we will stop in Mammoth Hot Springs for lunch and to check out the natural wonders in the area. Mammoth Hot Springs is the name of the region, named for its collection of small hot springs. Since there are limited areas that one can travel in Yellowstone, we will have you walk with your tour guide guiding you the rest of the distances.
Big Sky
After our adventure in Mammoth, we will have an opportunity for you to participate in activities such as helicopter tours or dogsled tours. Even though these activities will cost extra, we will do our best to help you schedule them. During our time in Big Sky, you may even to get to do some stargazing in this low-pollution area before we head back to West Yellowstone.
West Yellowstone
We will return here to drop you off back at your hotel and any other activities you would like to do in the area.

Day 5: West Yellowstone – Lava Hot Springs Resort – Antelope Island – Salt Lake City
Lava Hot Springs
Established in 1912 to protect elk herds during winter months. After spring migration, the landscape opens into rolling plains.
Lava Hot Springs
After driving a bit in the morning, we will arrive at Lava Hot Springs. These springs range from 102˚ to 112˚F, providing warm water from deep below the Earth’s surface. The minerals in these waters also provide health benefits, nourishing the skin as you soak in it. We’ll take lunch near the Lava Hot Springs resort as well before getting on the road again.
Antelope Island
With three sides surrounded by the Great Salt Lake, this island park is home to many wildlife, from the pronghorn antelope the island was named after, to bison and bighorn sheep. For those travelers interested in birdwatching, this is a great place to spot different types of birds, as Antelope Island is home to over 250 different bird species.
Salt Lake City
We will finish our trip down south in Salt Lake City. If your plane flies out that evening, we’ll drop you off directly at the airport around 6pm. If your flight leaves the next morning, we’ll drop you off at your hotel. We highly suggest you book a hotel with a shuttle going directly to the Salt Lake City airport.
